Meal Plan #2

Honey Garlic Salmon

About 20min serves 2 people

Salt and pepper your salmon, mix honey with water and lemon juice, pan fry salmon until half cooked then add garlic and pour honey mix over salmon. Easy, yummy dinner! You can add different seasonings to add heat!

Pierogi w/ Kiełbasa

About 20 min serves 4 people

This one really is about the easiest meal you can get. Pick up fresh pierogis, pan fry or oven bake the pierogis and kielbasa and done! I usually like to eat mine with hot sauce or sour cream - or both!

Sushi Bowl

How fast can you slice? serves 4 people

There’s no real cooking, this is as hard or easy as you want. You can get bag rice or make microwave rice or whatever you want. Put some imitation crab, cucumbers, avocado slices on top of rice and there you go! Want more flavor? Mix sriracha and mayo together then drizzle on top!

Shepherd’s Pie

About an hour serves 6 people

Make mashed potatoes then put to the side. Cook and season meat to your taste and line a casserole dish with it. Next mix in the vegetables with tomato sauce- I use just carrots and corn. Spread mashed potatoes on top, add cheese for flavor if you’d like then bake for 35 min at 375°.

Brie Pasta

About 20 min serves 4 people

In a skillet, melt the entire block of Brie. The casing will hold the melted cheese inside so you may have to poke with a knife to see if it’s fully melted. Once the Brie is melted, simply dip pasta in the cheese and stir it around until the pasta is coated. Serve and add salt/pepper to taste.

Corn Chowder

About an hour serves 6 people

I’ve tried various recipes. It’s one of my favorite things about chowders is all the different ways people make them. People always seem to use different ingredients and cook things in different order so feel free to take my basic steps and run with it! Cooking is all about your own taste!

Cook bacon with yellow onion in the bottom of a pot, I usually will cook it until it’s fairly crisp. Then I’ll pour out some of the grease, leaving some to flavor my chowder. At this point I add the cans of cream of mushroom and cream corn (I use two cans though some recipes call for one). Then I had the cut up potatoes and keep it on a low boil stirring from time to time. Once the potatoes are done, I know it’s time to serve! Add pepper, salt, chives to taste on top.

Lasagna Stuffed Shells

About an hour serves 6 people

Cook the shells then lay them to fit a casserole dish. Cook the meat and mix with the ricotta and parmesan cheese. Fill the shells, cover in mozzarella cheese then put in the oven for 40min at 350°.
